Do you have anything worth mentioning specifically that is different to the OP post? (any quirks of the build, maybe some advices/changes to the build)
Is the build viable as starter?

I league starter with this. In term of viability is properly one of the stronger build to league start with on day 1. Given how insanely broken and accessible Essence crafting is along with Porcupine Card.

In term of item progression most core items going into Week 2 are dirt cheap, even Blizzard Crown which used to be a luxury item is only worth 10C now due to many people running Ritual this league.

The only exception is Polaric Devestation which saw a huge spike in popularity due to EK build and can be very expensive to obtain this league

Ideally you do not want a 2 arrow setup compared to a 3 arrow setup. Reason is because the projectile will travel in a V direction in a 2 arrow setup

With Rain of splinter your arrow will become \|/ while 2 arrow setup is \/ which actually make it a lot worst then running a straight arrow.

What's the point of that anyway? Extra arrows don't attach to the same enemy. Clear speed?

If you can get another +1 arrow on quiver as well, it will work out. Otherwise, your single target attacks will be wonky. For clear speed, having 2 extra arrows will be identical to running Rain of Splinters (but you don't lose out on the downside of 30-50% damage). This eats into mods that you might need for your bow/quiver though, so if you can afford the compromise, it will work nicely.

Where are the defensive layers here? I'm playing and it's the squishiest build I've ever played.

I feel like I have hit a wall. Could anyone give me some guidance on where I should invest my 10 divine to get the best bang for my buck? Came seem to get over the hump on bosses and juiced T16s.

More for clear speed especially doing juiced delirium. For boss there only a few boss that having more arrows significantly impacted the fight, notably Uber Sirus due to it high mobility and Uber Maven to clear mobs between phases.

I not sure how the console economy is but if u can get your hand on Polaric Devestation that would boost your DPS and defence with it perma ashes debuff.

Outside of that you can get your hand on a Blizzard Crown and harvest craft till you hit good life and spell supress on it

dude you'd need to do a more thorough Leveling guild on your pobb.in it only has 82,95 and 100!, where the heck is the rest of the levels from 1 to 100 you'd only have 82 to 100 listed what the heck, I'd deleted my current witch atm.
