[3.18] Immortal Chaos Ignite DD Necro - AFK in Wave 30 Simulacrum, Facetank The Feared and more.

@System_101 - I asked the following 3 questions to help out and got the following 3 answers:

1) Do minion life modifiers apply to to Unearth's Bone Archer corpses? (some people think it only applies to Desecrated monsters and not Unearthed monsters as they are corpses)

2) Do any map modifiers (i.e., "monster have 70% more life") apply to Unearth's Bone Archer? (I assume no... it would be busted).

3) Are there any other monster/minion/corpse life modifiers that "apply" or "do not apply" to calculating the Bone Archer life for purposes of Detonate Dead (aka "corpse explosion")?

For #3 we assume:
Corpses you Spawn have 50% increased Maximum Life from Necro ascendancy applies (otherwise... what's the point).
Corpses Spawned have (0–40)% increased Maximum Life from Phantasmal Unearth's quality applies (otherwise... what's the point).


1) The corpses created by those skills are just regular monster corpses. They are not your minions, and cannot be, as minions must be alive to be considered such (your minions cease to be minions upon death).

2) The corpses created by those skills are just regular monster corpses. They are affected by any map stats that would affect monsters.

3) Those assumptions are correct; anything that applies to "Corpses you Spawn" will affect the corpses spawned by any of those skills.


NEXT - just to be certain. He kindly volunteered to log into a game instance and spawned a level 95 Bone Archer in a Map Area of Level 84 and confirmed the health was indeed 94846.

However, he did point out that Map Area Level multiplier goes past Level 84.

It's:
x 2.17 (level 84 - Tier 17 maps)
x 2.25 (level 85 - Tier 18 maps)
x 2.34 (level 86 - Tier 19 maps)
x 2.42 (level 87 - Tier 20 maps)
x 2.50 (level 88 - Tier 21 maps)
x 2.58 (level 89 - Tier 22 maps)
x 2.66 (level 90 - Tier 23 maps)

I have no idea how you get Tiers so high though... might not be doable now that Watchstones were replaced with Voidstones.

allright that sounds quite valide.

So now we have two valide Methods to calculate the Life of a Bone Archer Corpse.


Method Nostrademous:

Base Life = Monster Level life * Bone Archer life Multiplier * Area Monster life multiplier

Result for Bone Archer Corpse lvl 95 in a LVL 84 Area
Base Life = 31220 * 1.4 * 2.17 = 94846

Results for Bone Archer Corpse lvl 95 in a LVL 85 Area (Uber Uber Elder)
Base Life = 31220 * 1.4 * 2.25 = 98343



Method Gorgy and the German Guy from the other Forums:

That Method used datamined Datas of different Bone Archer Corpse Lvls and used
an streamlined percentage increase to valide it or to calculate the missing not datamined Corpse lvls.

If we trust that method the percentage increase of a Bone Archer Corpse Life is around 8-12% per Corpse lvl, it depends on the Corpse Lvl.

The Results are this:

There are no datamined datas for over lvl 90* bone archer corpses, thats where Gorgy has another calcualation as the German guy from the other forum. Anyway the Numbers are similar.


Everyone is free to use that method / calculation which he/she thinks is the most valide.
