" I think there is nothing you can do with this amulet. If you really want an %int + %att + % inc damage per int, the best way to craft is: int% ammy + %att ammy + awakened orb; Preffered base is Turquoise, coz you need the dex for Awakened cold pen; If you hit a free preffix: Craft Suffix cannot be changed, and scour the item. From here are 2 ways to proceed: • Exalt slan > Exalt slan > Craft Suffix cannot be changed, and scour the item if not hit desired mod. Repeat until hit or waste all currency. • Craft Suffix cannot be changed then Harvest craft : Reforge item including a influence modifier (this method can brick your item by filling the prefix and suffix). The tip i give you is to buy or craft a simple amulet, without influence like the follow exemples: Amulets like this are enought to do any game content and are way cheaper! |

" That looks risky. In some intense fights you need mana to constantly cast Icestorm, Frostblink on cooldown, pop Vortex often - all the while triggering CWDT every few seconds. 200 mana is perfect. With 94 mana you should be finding yourself out of mana quite often. Also, crafting mana recoup on a ring would let you get something nicer on the Watcher's Eye, like Clarity Mana as ES. There are multiple good options how it all can work together. I guess you just have to choose what works the best for your particular situation. | |
" Hello ty very much and to the other person who replied! I have done elder and shaper before, I thought the elder and shaper together was the uber elder, lol. I tried sirus once last season but died due to not knowing the mechanic. I will check those out |

Is the elemental damage enchant per quality on weapon still the way to go or do we go with Increased Critical Strike chance now that the build is more crit oriented?

" Based on POB, that Harvest mod only impacts the base critical chance (6.1% -> 6.53%) of the weapon. It doesn't impact the critical chance (base is 6%) of the Icestorm skill. |
