The new Bound by Destiny unique jewel can roll 15% increase int when wearing two pieces of Crusader equipment.

This *has* to be good, right? Maybe instead of Rational Doctrine?

Explain to me what role does KD play on boots? They just cost so much that if I wear the ones I already bought.57% KD

Do you mean CDR? It lets you Frostblink more often. Definitely not an essential mod to upgrade right away, but you might as well later when the price of The Stampede drops.

Well, I also just want to smear it, and that's not cheap either)

I don't know if it had been discussed but we can easily get +15% intel on the new jewel Bound by destiny (2 equipped crusader).
1 with influenced amulet and the 2nd by chancing a vile staff crusader influenced It should not be too hard as whispering ice is the only outcome and not too rare.
I haven't tested yet.

I've done it before and it took multiple thousand Orbs of Chance. Not exorbitant in terms of currency price, but extremely tedious.

The main issue I think is the opportunity cost of the jewel.

We already have 1 Crusader Influence in our Endgame Amulet.

If we use that Jewel we propably craft our Gloves on a Crusader Base or Chance our Staff on a Crusader Base I guess.

For some reason, the rares go down slower than I remembered, but hey... I'll take it. (Just began Act9, I do not have much time this time of the year to play -.-)

I did it twice in Crucible league. I built out a crucible tree for WI on a Vile Staff then split it after shaper influencing it (because cool background) and then chance scour spammed both of them. It took a long time, and I got lucky.

With the chance/scour and ctrl click QOL on the crafting bench it actually wouldn't be as tedious this time.

It's def a good minmax target. Not sure if crusader base on gloves hurts us too much, could be an easier alternative.
