I cannot really tell from your character. But are you reserving a huge pool of your mana for auras?

If yes then don't do that. We need the mana for Arcane Cloak. Precision is OK. Other aura only via "Divine Blessing" with Inspiration.

In the final Lightning Coil setup we run only 1 aura on "Eternal Blessing".

Best defense is do not face-tank monsters. Always keep moving while tapping KB totems. If there are harders rare circle them. Once a rare is kinda singled out you can switch to PS totems. Always keep on your toes though.

thank you for taking a look, yes i am reserving 3841 Mana at the moment - 3674 for Determination and 167 for Precision
will switch to the Divine Blessing now to see if it feels better

main problem are rares/bosses that are fast - for example the 3 bosses in Courthouse map killed me two times because they charged to fast at me and PS totem had trouble hitting them because the bosses moved position so fast

Pardon if this has been asked in the other 40 pages, I glanced but nothing popped out.

Is there any solution for ele reflect maps and also no/low regen maps or are they just no go?

Also, slight note for others - Being frozen killed me quite a few times but ended up going with the large pantheon for 100% frozen avoid and it has been amazing.

Ele reflect is slow, but doable depending on other mods. No regen is a no due to damage and defenses of the build depending on mana. Low regen is not impossible but you have to be more careful because every hit keeps your mana from regening due to The Agnostic healing less life.

Another easy accessible solution is to spam transmutes/augments/alts on flasks until you get a freeze immunity effect and then you can use it when in need. Can be done at any stage of the game when you have a bit of the basic currency.

I am running the 100% freeze immunity pantheon. It is on Waterways (8).
On top I am running the Burning Ground immunity one.

I am still at the stage for gearing for red maps myself. That is why I am still using a health and mana flask, but I am on the way.

If you have the red map setup I would swap to Cast on Crit. Mark on Hit has less curse effect which is bad. You can add an additional skill to cast on crit too like the golem. Or any other skill you want to proc on top.
