That's a use for it that I'd never thought of. I had always assumed it was a "throw away" mod just to sprinkle in a few more bad useless mods into the game.

Maybe...MAYBE if these mods were not local but global and additive (like with Atziri's Foible) this mod would be of some use.

That mod enabled me to wear Astral Plate on my Assassin. Otherwise I didn't met Str requirements.

A useful filler mod in some cases. Not a lot of people use it but some still do so idk.
Besides that it's nice that not EVERYONE has easy access to 6x tier 1 mod of choice within a few crafts.
Otherwise crafting would be worth nothing cause the market is just flooded with perfect items all day.

Thorns is a stupid mod.
Reduced attrib can be useful.

This is how I "uise" it, but it's not nessesary

6 white socket bow, I veiled chaos it, get the trigger spell then craft % gem quality, use it in offhand with the 3 socketed quiver to level gems.The trigger spell is just something I do as a habit, put a portal gem in, weapon swap and press a skill, and a portal appears instead of opening inventory and click the scroll, this is very helpful during a tight boss fight, opening inventory change your screen view.

The veiled chaos reroll get me this mod, it dropped the bow's dex requirement from 212 to 140ish, which means I can use this one with my int and str characters (because I use haste, I have at least 155 dex)



However, I can just buy a cheaper 6 white socketed bow with lower dex requirement, it's more expensive but you only need one of this thing for one character.

I was rolling for this mod on my 2 weapon.
It's a 6L all white bow to gem leveling in a non-dex build, so I needed it in order to wear it

I used it once because i exalt slammed it onto an item.
