[3.24] Ivory Tower attribute stacking LL Ice Spear CoC Inquisitor

Hey, could anyone help me with my char and what I should aim for, first time playing this build and im honestly lost, have around 100 divines ready but not sure what to buy etc.

- Your Armour is very low. You need Grace and Iron Reflexes to mitigate physical damage effectively. Invest more into reservation (Enlighten, Helmet corrupt) and add Grace Aura with IR. Get points by refunding Quick Recovery and unnecessary points on cluster jewel. Allocate Charsima. Allocate Utmost Intellect instead of instant leech mastery (which can now be obtained on Charms).
- Don't path next to Glancing Blows if you don't take anything along the way. You can save 3 points by taking a +10 dex node (and spend just 1 of these 3 points on +30 str node).
- Your attributes are imbalanced: 1680 str vs 1080 int. You don't cap crit.
- Your attack speed is very low (5.78). You have Awakened CoC but make no use of it (7.57 cap). Get Attack Speed on flasks and Shaper's Touch attack speed corruption implicit.
- Your base jewels are bad. Aim for % life + 2-3x Crit Multi.
- Your mana cost (184.62 + 11.56 / s) exceeds your regen (134.7/s). You most likely can not trigger even at 5.78/s rate. Get -# Mana Cost of Skills on rings.
- Upgrade your second Split Personality. Armour is a pretty bad stat. Best are attributes followed by Life followed by ES.

tyvm for the help, did all the stuff I could and it became better in terms of survivability and even dps. Do I need the new gem from new league "that which was taken", if yes, then which rolls? or I don't need it at all?

The jewel is so complex that it's basically another Watcher's Eye: it depends on mods and what you do need. For some, it will be a huge upgrade; for some it will be unnecesarily spent currency on something that may worsen the character.

Your character is very well geared, the only thing I notice is low Chaos Resistance. Perhaps change a ring suffix for it?

Thanks, it's been a pretty expensive gearing process but luckily that's not an issue this league.

The ring was crafted early in the league and I just settled on it. Before switching to nimis I was running 2 very similar ones and had no issue with chaos dmg so yeah I probably might need to re-craft.

I use cyclone to tumult to easily hit the 10.05 APS breakpoint since it gives so much extra attack speed (jewels are a bit scuffed right now so it's a little less atm.). The downsides vs normal cyclone is needing ~2sec of ramp-up to get to 6 stacks and that I'm locked into using Stampede boots. Both are really non-issues since in-map I rarely stop channeling and I'm not bothered by the low movement speed (The extra AoE it gives is also pretty nice)

There are a lot of different combinations that can be good for this build, but it depends on your budget what will be worth it, as well as what you have on your other charms.

Have you read respective post parts? Only for the default Ice Spear.
