thank god we don't need to do "start the lawnmower" playstyle with lingering blades for animate weapon. i would much rather recast that thing like SRS.

What exactly does Reduced Projectile Deceleration mean in regards to the Spectral Throw gem? Kinda confusing wording. Does it make it return faster? or slower?
