Clear all the way to T16 without voidforge, not a struggle at all.

For more survivability:
1) Anoint "Charisma" and use Barkskin from Warden
2) Look for high tier life in every abyss jewels
3) Use defensive Elritch Implicit on Helmet

You get it on abyss jewels. also Shaper influence mod on belt and boots, but I dont think they worth it.

I know this build is out of date but have been playing it this league (3.26) due to the buff to the skill and has been a blast. I'm a bit squishy without the wildwood ascendancy but still playable.

Cool, i am thinking to remake the build too in this 3.26 because of the buff, and maybe throwing in Spectral Throw of Trarthus too!
