But it does not work the loop only starts as soon as the enemies attack me otherwise it does not ignite with forbidden rite

" There is no loop if there's not an enemy nearby. FR can and will ignite since we have flat Fire damage. It also deals damage to you based on % max HP and % max ES. If the game tells you that you are taking 1819 Chaos Damage from FR, then you are actually taking 454 damage at 75% Chaos res. You have no quality on any of your CWDT gems, so you need to take at minimum 583 damage, which is why they will only go off on the second cast. Again, your HP is too low.
