'L3'' does not show mods while the chest and inventory are open simultaneously

Hello, when I have the chest open and the inventory open, if I press ''L3'' I cannot see advanced descriptions of an item. for example, if I press on a bow, it doesn't show the tier of the rolls, on a map it doesn't show if I completed the bonus or if I did it
