So we only know about that this gem throws down little hand mines when you recall and lets you have 2 additional brands, and you can replace your fire penetration gem with it relatively easily, and just get a "Damage Penetrates 1% Elemental Resistances" implicit on one of your jewels to effectively cap all enemy's resistance at 74%

So it'd drop 16 hands per recall with 8 brands, we don't know what level 2 and 3 and 4 of the gem look like, we don't know quality, but it does look promising
