- I, like many others, took a week off to play the game I've been anticipating for a decade.

- It's well below any software manager industry standard to not realize you won't meet a publicly promised deadline until two weeks in advance. Completely irresponsible!

- Proposing a solution: Hey! How about we give people a gameplay demo, and wipe all progress a day prior to your DB migrations, that way people can still play the game you promised they could on the days they took off work due to your promise?
