On such a big project, things will happen. Between initial planning and now, a lot has changed in the physical infrastructure, as well as the digital. 3 weeks, in my opinion, is not a problem at all. In the scope of this project, that is, maybe, 0.0001% additional time. I, for one, am happy with the delay. It shows you are wanting a better experience for the players, and appreciate their support. Anyone complaining is too entitled. I know it sucks in your heart, but it is more important to realize the true vision of the release than to rush it and deal with demoralizing rhetoric from those unfamiliar with the hurdles you, as a team, have dealt with. Keep up the wonderful work everyone. I will still be there no matter the date. Stay positive

You know if you get bored waiting for poe2 and complain that the poe1 league is too long, maybe you should try to play other game modes like SSF or HC for a different experience of the game.
If the game is too easy for you and you finish all your goals in SC in 2 or 3 weeks maybe you should try something else.
I am glad they are taking time to have a great release, for the future of poe in general you don't want bad reviews after the launch of poe2.

Thats alright if you ask me. PoE1 still good, the league is good, even my real life isnt too bad to take a little break for it. Cant be mad...
Also Im only mad when PoE servers suck. And you guys are going to improve server side infrastructure... Finally! God bless!
P.S. 100% agree about PoE1 small events tho: would be great to have some while we wait, even if its few days only "get-to-50-win-box" kind of stuff :)

Just want to say thank you for taking the time to flesh everything out for the launch. First impressions are key and while we all have been waiting excitedly for PoE2, and the delay is saddening news, it is better to have a clean launch than something unfinished.

We've been eager to play for years, three more weeks is nothing.

That being said, the current POE league was great. Please consider running events in the meantime, while we continue to hype up the release of POE 2.
