I think 'electrocute' is going to be similar to 'sap' by being an alternate, or additional, ailment associated with lighting damage

It's a lightning ailment similar to freeze, which ccs enemies. You have to build up a gauge to afflict the ailment

Without the gloves, the only source I've seen is "Electrocuting Rod" bow skill, which enables all lightning damage dealt to fill up the gauge only while the arrow is embedded in the monster.

Think the glove is quite good for lightning melee chars such as the monk, if one really hates weapon swapping to fire an arrow mid-fight. Ofc, weapon swaps automatically in PoE2 when you use affiliated skill so shouldn't be that much of a hassle...

One of the best developers out there are making their magnum opus for the world to enjoy, and you fucking crying out there because another new league for the game thats been out for like 12 years is delayed? Get your life together chatter.

Also, just an observation. People with no supports packs, playing poe for free (or maybe like 5 bucks for stash tabs) are complaining more than actual supporters of developers, lulw.
