Regarding the shipping, I still haven’t received some of my physical items to this day. I understand it’s not something within your control, so hopefully, this time everything will arrive as expected.

I’ve probably spent $1000 on this game in the past 12 months, I was kind of expecting free access to POE2 beta, even though there’s a very high chance I’ll get one of these packs anyway, I don’t think it should be expected for those who’ve spent a considerable amount already. Hopefully this is covered in the live stream.
