" Steam has a strict policy of not allowing pre downloads for early access content. There are no plans to change this just for this game as far as i know. Its not GGG, its steam OG 2011

I would really not expect a Steam preload. Steam doesn't allow preloads of games that are considered in Early Access, never has.
