i have had it restart the launched 3 times now and it has not saved progress once.. first time i was at 39% when it crashed, now i cant get past 5%

The test so far - their serwers suck - two times in a row 403 error and then downloading starts from allocating.
We need the torrent, please!

Look at how many GB left to D/L. It will be smaller after every restart. It does resume.

Their CDN is probably overloaded.
I've got a 502 gateway lately, so I bet everything is on fire cuz people are clicking like mad and drooling on the keyboard atm, trying to DL the content haha.
Give them time and later, things will improve, I guess ;)
And don't forget: huge patch day, or release day, no play :p
