Path of Exile 2 Early Access Pre-Download Information

Did anyone try 'merging' the downloads from Steam and standalone client so both can be used?
In PoE 1 this was possible to have both options at the same time, standalone would just create a new executable and few dlls to launch the client without steam and you could also use steam to launch since steamapi was installed. edit: I will try it and if anyone is interested I will post the results. " thats because the preload is not installed or updated yet, all the files are in depotcache folder and on release will move over to the poe2 folder after install/update |

Please note this key only unlocks the client in your library, it will not provide early access to your account and should not be given away. ----------------------------------------------------------- do i have to spam the page until it gives me the key to predownload it? or my STEAM is linked and it will pop-up in my library itself and then YES LETS GO? btw, it does show EPIC key, they are different, right? sadly i dont use EPIC client. |

" I have a suggestion, why not just let us pre-download it, and then those we have key, just input the KEY inside LOGIN page. save this suggestion for your future games. |

42yo here. I can't even remember the last time I was this hyped. Maybe 20 years ago or more. This is going to be something!

Preload is available on Steam now. If you don't see it, completely close and re-open your Steam client, that was all it took for me.
