Hard crashing PC locks up

i just crashed like 5 min ago but it didnt happen since last night

so all day i was fine, unlike every other day since launch

I can confirm, the recent patch 0.1.0b Patch has NOT fixed the loading screen freeze.

You can set CPU Affinity in PowerShell in 2 commands

$Process = Get-Process PathOfExileSteam
$Process.ProcessorAffinity = 0x000000000000FFFC


Use https://bitsum.com/tools/cpu-affinity-calculator/
to get ProcessorAffinity value
0x000000000000FFFC is for disable core0/1 in 16 cores.

I tought a had fixed the issue, but last night's patch brought it back. I enter the game, and the pc shuts down after 2 mins

each hard restart of pc can corrupt your windows, so PoE2 can kill your win.. so much of fun time.

Today, I can't even login without need to restart computer

I don't know why or how, but since yesterday I've been using the official launcher instead of Steam + Vulkan, and I haven't experienced any freezes (so far).

Same here, crashing each day a couple of times at least.

Specs:
AMD Ryzeon 5 5600x
NVIGIA 3060 TI
16GB RAM

I would recommend that, if you do experience a hardlock and have to restart your PC, that you run the CLI command: sfc /scannow - it'll scan and fix any system files that may have been damaged.

The good news is Windows 11 is pretty good at keeping itself working, and experiencing damage to boot files is highly unlikely. However... it can happen. So this bug does really need to be fixed - any software which can hardlock a computer is very badly coded.

Last patch didnt fix it.
PC is always choppy in Loading Screens, 2nd Screen YT / TWitch is lagging and sometimes the pc entirely freezes up.
