Network lag

Constant spiking of network MS while connected to the server. Pastebin of the WinMTR attached. MS continuously spikes from 20 to 400+ and back down, making it virtually impossible to play.

Yes! Me too. I managed to power through 4 hours of it, but it was rough. Eventually had to stop.

I had this as well. I have a ATT fiber connection in the Bay Area of California.

Jumped on a VPN and lag went away. As a workaround until the network path issues get fixed.

It will make you enter an activation code because your location changed, so be aware.

We use ATT fiber in the SF Bay Area via Sonic and are seeing the same issue. It seems like it can start/stop between instances/zones, or even dying and returning to a checkpoint.

At&t fiber in socal also running into this issue. Guessing something is up with the routing with at&t and game servers

+1. AT&T fiber in SF. Changing gateways does nothing to help

Also, when the lag spike happends I cant open a portal. It shows the message "You cannot use this item while tha game is paused."

Same issue here, sunrise switzerland.

I have the same issue here. Gateway Frankfurt and Amsterdam EU.
