Massive Latency Spikes

Started playing PoE 2 today and noticed that I am suddenly getting massive latency spikes where my latency goes from 60-70 all the way to 200-300 while playing the game. This causes the game to visually lag (I literally see projectiles go in slow motion) and stutter.

What do I do to fix this? Because it's pretty much made PoE 2 unplayable.

I'm having the same issue. Latency goes from 30 to 200-300 every 2-3 seconds, but in town everything is OK and latency is 6 constantly. Turning on VPN fixes spikes issue, but latency becomes 90.

How does turning on a VPN help? I tried buying one and turning it on and I still had the massive lag spikes.

NVM STILL HAVING ISSUE

Having similar issues, and from what I seen other also have on Steam.

Here is what I tried: disable triple buffering, ipv6, all the nonsense overlay stuffs, set dns settings to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8

I have steady 5ms latency and every 5 seconds or so it jumps and goes back regardless what I do or where I'm.

Tried both Steam and standalone client + VPN, but same.
