Quest Ancient Vows Uncompletable - 2nd Relic Not Dropping

Found the item drop in bone pits drop random dog

Was able to get it in under a minute when I went back to bone pits. Wasted like 1 hour in Kern.

Can't get either of them to drop. Full cleared bone pits 13 times so far no relic. Very annoying.

To add to this I've done the quest on 2 other characters and both relics dropped on the first clear of Keth and Bone Pits so something is really off. Clearly a bug effecting certain characters. There is no way 13 runs is just "unlucky." It makes me want to quit tbh since the quests effects character progression.

was having the same problem looking for the green one in keth and also killing the boss no drop, then i tried bone pits and found the green part on random mob first map.

Same here - we did Keth 4 or 5 times with no drop for the second relic. After seeing this thread we tried going back to the Bone Pits and dropped the relic within 30 seconds!
