Continuous Stuttering/Lag Despite Stable FPS and Internet in PoE 2 Early Access

tried a few different gateways (Toronto, Washington etc).

rtx 3070, amd ryzen 5700x3d, ssd. system usually running around 40% utilization for both cpu/gpu in game

first opening of the quest log for act 3 was done before video -> much faster load 2nd time, other acts no preload -> 5 sec wait

Network fluctuations. This is so annoying. I am facing the same issue.

Any luck of getting is resolved?

Ditto - and it's 3am so there can't be that many Australian players.

I have the same issue. Stuttering starts after 6pm, I guess servers are full, but only some experience our problem.
I have full AMD setup, also not my connection or PC.

Since then it is buttery smooth.

I doubt that'll fix the issue for good, but maybe it'll help as workaround.

I have try every solutions that was post here and on reddit or steam forum, nothing works. I even download PoE 1 to try and see if i have the same problem and everything is fine in PoE 1.
I have passed more time trying to fix the game then playing the game, i really hope they gonna do something because the game look really fun but playing with freeze every 5 or 10 secondes is not enjoyable and give me headache because of the rubber-banding.

If only there was a streamer/youtuber with enough audience that have this problem maybe GGG would take more seriously this problem and help us all by fixing it.

Just noticed the stuttering today after the newest patch.

Took some more time, changed a whole bunch of settings and still nothing to reduce the network issues. I also tried to reset my network in my house and powered down the hard line on the way in to refresh the ip. Still does not want to work outside of a VPN. Would be really nice to have that predictive setting as a network option like in the first game, seems like an easy fix as they already made it once.

Your network graph is fine when your GPU graph have spikes. White graph show your fps spikes. So, I think something wrong with how game utilize your GPU. Try to limit FPS in game settings.

If only VPN could fix that... I tried PlanetVPN, VPNGame and some other one which someone recommended in Steam. All of them was useless. Exactly the same network spikes and stutters like without VPN.
