Poe 2 Legacy of The Vaal quest small soul core sometimes doesnt spawn

Had the same issue, i respawned and placed the stone into the altar before spawning alva (just to make sure) did the trick for me.

Same here, it suddenly worked today. Alva was nog spawned so maybe it was fixed in todays update.

Edit: restarting game, dying, enter another waypoint and come back dont reset the instance. As I come back, the Soul Core ist droped for me, but Alva already there and I cant use it on Altar...
I talked to Alva before I got the Soul Core, after I got it, i cant put it into the Stone Altar... now I can´t go on with the campain!!!!

Edit: Solved: Kill Chimera again, reset the instance from outside, dont talk to Alva, find Core, put into Stone, talk Aiva.

Same issue here

I personally "only" had to reset the instance, find the small core and use it on the altar before talking to Alva. That did it for me.

Just had the same issue, how can i report this kind of bugs and send you guys the log?

if you go to the waypoint, then left ctrl + left click the place you want to reset, you'll see all the instances. can click "new" and it will respawn/reset the instance so you can try again/do something new.
