(SOLVED) Managed to unstuck my character from map, using Local Co-op (requires 2 controllers)
Here's what I did:
1. Create a new temporary character in the same league as your stuck character. This will be the Player 1 (Controller #1).
2. During character selection, press Controller #1 and #2's confirm button to enabled Local Co-op using 2 controllers.
3. Select your new temp character as P1 and your stuck character as P2 and start the game.
This will move your stuck character from problematic map and move to your hideout (or P1's map).
Yo Bro, can you send me the PS5 to do this :D
At Computer... i have no idea to get my char working now after this...

Hello technical support team, i need as well to be solved with my character "Blixly". Cant login into the game because of a Terracotta Bug.

I had this problem when I first started Act 2. I then switched servers after giving it 30 or so minutes and it let me log in w/o crashing.
I was then able to progress further into Act 2 and think I got far enough that whatever caused it at the beginning is not affecting me for the time being.

I tried logging in with two controllers but it didn't help me.
I'm playing this game on the PS version.
I haven't been able to log in for about two days now.

just wanted to let you know that there is some sort of bug that causes my screen to go blue when I open up Inventory .Was in trial of Chaos went to make space for my inventory after the pause menu blue screen ..so i restart my game and not I cant load back into the same character . stuck on trial of chaos loading screen ......
