Ignagduk, the Bog Witch not spawning

So I ran through the whole Azak Bog zone in Act 3 Normal, found the ritual site in the middle and clicked all the Effigies, expecting a boss to spawn. This did not happen and there is no obvious sign of anything else to do, so I suspect the spawn might be bugged.

I'm having the same issue. Made the zone twice and FULL CLEARED

Experienced the same. All effigies burning, nothing happens.

I found her. She's not spawning there. There's another arena like area in another part of the zone.

So not bugged.

There really needs to be indicator that there is a separate arena

Confirmed there is a second boss area (for me it was at the top of the map) where the Ignagduk, The Bog Witch boss spawned.

I think I figured out what is wrong.

There is just one boss in The Azak Bog. The Bog witch, she rides around on a mount and uses bone abilities.

I fought that boss then cleared the entire zone.
I ended up lighting effigies and stuff too. You can see there's a big circular arena up to. Effigies in the middle.


The problem is I still thought I had a boss to kill because the map indicator didn't change.


So we need this map UI to do it's job. We need the color of these things to be WAY different when they're completed, and I need to know I completed one of these things within the game, so I don't have to open the minimap to confirm i'm done. Just cross the skull out and fade it, don't change it's color.

For the ingame notification, please give me a big SKULL then cross it out somewhere in the in-game ui or something.

Currently have same issue.

Edit: After consuming the item she drops, the one that gives it is now correctly indicated on the map

I believe the ritual gives you temporary fire resistance in the zone.
