PoE2: Gain 1 Rage on Hit corruption does not work

Corruption is on a Quarterstaff. Playing with Monk. Tempest Fury or any other skill doesn't grant any rage.

+1 just got this corruption myself and it doesnt work, even on Quarterstaff Strike which is basic attack

Same here. Just got the corrupt on my quarter staff. It generates no rage with ice strike.
