+1 still not working. Although sometimes I get 1-3 rage randomly. Don't know what trigger that.

Same here, also not working on my weapon.
@GGG Staff, can we get a reply on this? Quite a critical buff that doesn't work, one would think it would be in the list to fix relatively quickly... |

Same results... 1 Rage on Hit implicit but no buff shows on hit.
