POE 2 - Maps constantly crashing / Disconnecting

I rerolled my Ritual to get my whittling and then I DCed and now the portals are gone. Why are you removing portals on disconnect? previously if you disconnect, portals are still open.

waystone wasted, loot gone, time gone. There should be some kind of compensation for this.

Today when I was entering the map 'Fortress', the game crashed while loading the map. I tried to change different video configuration but still couldn't get back to the game. it just kept crashing when loading the map. Then, I tried to log in with another character, there was no issues. I think I have been to Fortress map before and did not encounter this issue.

just happened again ... my map pool is almost depleted and if that happens I m uninstalling this game for 1 year and not buying supporter packs for both games the same period. I just cant support a game with the core mechanic not working.
