Lag due to CPU spikes in Path of Exile 2.

CPU: Ryzen 7 9800x3d
GPU: 5080
Ram: 32

Constant spikes even with chat off.

Just chilling in 1 spot makes spikes every few seconds.

Returned for 0.2.1 hoping this is fixed, because i literally cannot do pinical bosses with this lag.

If I adjust the game settings from fullscreen to windowed and then back to fullscreen, or if I minimize the window and then go back to the game, I get massive cpu spikes, as represented by the in-game graph at the top of the screen, with frame freezes every 2 seconds or so (also indicated on the same graph). This wasn't an issue for me at game launch or the launch of this league. I'm using a Ryzen 7 9800X3D.

For me it's Chat, also Voic lines from my character or NPC. Everything that gets written in Chat window.
