When you open 5 rifts, there are so many loot on the map that it's impossible to even lift something! We urgently need a loot filter, tens of thousands of people are suffering!!!

They added the option for poe2 filter. Not sure if it is universal tho
|

on xbox siries x works great by adding the PC version, I selected the filter on the PC and it immediately appeared on my console, today I played with the filter all day ;)

how it works if you have only console? I added loot-filter in profile. In game its default...
