For anyone wondering, Online Loot Filters are LIVE on the pathofexile.com website! Visit your profile, then scroll down and click Item Filters on the left. In addition to being able to upload your own Item Filter here, it appears NeverSinkLite filter is automatically included in the game files now.
Working for PC Cloud Streaming (Boosteroid, GFN), and stated to work on consoles as well. Give poe2filter.com a visit and get filtered!
PS. After uploading a custom Loot Filter to your pathofexile.com profile, you must log into a character to be able to access & enable your new custom filter in game!

You can sync the filter to your profile, but are still unable to apply them on console without a workaround

It requires an app and buying EA for the PC version as well. Not sure exactly how it works but there are posts in this thread about it

You have to purchase another 30$ EA key for the PC version and log into your acct via a PC, turn on your filter and then log into your console version. You have to do this everytime you restart the game on your console. Frankly, I wouldn't advertise this as working for consoles yet as it's a bit disingenuous to those viewing at a glance.
