Aim Assist is on by default for keyboard and mouse, no way to turn it off

Its an enormous pain when i click a skill for a certain location, to target a rare with some annoying mana drain aura for example and it never arrives.. its decided to attack something next to where i'm aiming which im basically forced to kill before i can kill the rare. PLEASE allow us to toggle off this nonsense |

Still no fix huh? It really sucks when I'm aiming somewhere but my skill doesn't go there. Why would anyone think this is a good idea?
