Same issue here, done the dungeon multiple times without any success.

+1 bugged. Was playing with my wife with couch co-op. Always says search the passage

This Bug also seems to lock you out completly of the ascendancies progression, not just the ones you could get for Sekhemas Trials. I tried a Chaos Trial in Act 3 Cruel, the Key/Orb said this would unlock points(orange/lit up colored text). I finished it and nothing happened. So yeah, until this is fixed, no more Ascendancy points for us.
