Same. Just got to Cruel, and the quest isn't progressing. This absolutely needs to be top of priority fix for GGG.

Same issue here too...killed the boss a few times now and cannot get to the Trial :(

You don't need to complet the quest to do trials. At endgame you get the tokens.

It doesn't matter if you do it in the lv 22 map version, as long you get the tokens for 3-4 trial uns.

If you are unlucky, you still can buy those tokens in trade.

Same for me. Can't progress the quest sadly and it is annoying.
Did Balala twice and nothing is triggering.

This may be right but it is still annoying and a bug that you can't progress the way you should be able to.
