I thought I was also fully stuck with something around Ascent to Power. No main quests showing.
I couldn't open maps from my hideout. I had never opened a map from The Ziggurat Refuge (Past). I found the portal to go there again and was able to open my first map on this character. After completing that first map from The Ziggurat Refuge (Past), I was able to open maps from my hideout as normal. |
