literally missing 4 ascension points

The only bug is that the quest is shown again. There is no quest item after it dropped in Act 2 and 3. After that, you need to rely on random drops.

To ascend a third time (points 5&6), you need to do a 3 floor Sanctum (Trial of the Sekhema) or a 10 floor Ultimatum (Trial of Chaos). The quest does not matter, its basically just a visual bug.

Not sure what to do for the 4th ascension (points 7&8), as I am not that far yet myself.

Edit: Did a random key, and then my quest log disappeared.
