Ignagduk, the Bog Witch bug?

Hello! I'm not sure what happened, but after I defeated the boss Ignagduk, the Bog Witch, I didn't pick up the spirit from the ground, or it didn't drop at all. When I returned to fight her again to receive the +30 spirit item, it no longer drops. How can I resolve this issue and receive the +30 spirit item from Ignagduk, the Bog Witch?

Had a somewhat similar experience:

Defeated her, had no space in inventory so i used a portal to go back to town. Game crashed upon reentering map, and whole pc crashed a couple times before i could enter again.

The portal was still up, but it got me to the start of the map, not to the boss arena (guess the instance was resetted)

When i reached the arena, the boss was still alive, and it kept spamming bike and aoe non stop, it took a good 10 minutes to enter phase 2

But then i was able to kill her, and she dropped the quest items like normal.

Same here killed her twice but no item drops and she is still showing as incomplete on my map in Act 3 cruel.

Rotdredge also bugged out on my map shows as incomplete but killed him twice now too.

These are both for Act 3 cruel my normal difficulty ones were fine.

Got the same problem, questgiver is not showing, i still have unfinished boss on my map :(

Same bug, showing as unkilled on map after 3 kills. Would really love the spirit!

Having the same problem on Act 3 Cruel mode... Killed her a few times no drop at all. Those 40 spirits are a must in my build...

Same issue here. She never dropped the cruel difficulty quest item for the last campaign spirit upgrade. Have killed her 3-4 times now and same result. Still marked on the map as incomplete.

Similar situation but mine's bugged on regular Act 3. I killed her in Cruel (got item) and realized she wasn't killed in regular, but going back to kill her in regular drops nothing now.
