Same issue. Reference number 439 803 840.
Door also spawned after boss death. EDIT: Tested quitting out, coming back to an earlier portal placing, and full cleared the map. Even with 0 monsters remaining, the boss wall was up and allowed transfer only into the arena, not out. So it's not a case of some invisible mob keeping it up.
