Stuck on loading screen (gears are turning) + FOUND THE ISSUE

TL;DR game thinks i got disconnected or client disconnects me during loading screens most of time.
when loading screens takes 10+ seconds i know i got disconnected so i have two options.

option1: wait 2 mins until game opens and i can move 1 second before my ping start rising until dc. I can use "logout to login screen" after waiting 1-2 mins for loading screen and try again. Character select wont work because game thinks im not online or something.

option2: if im sure i got dc on loading screen i can close the game from taskbar/task manager and try again. This is faster but still cost me 1-2 mins extra for almost every loading screens.

problem is: if im in a map, i have to pass two loading screens. if one fails, i have to try again from start. loading screen1 = hideout, loading screen 2 = entering map. If one fails, i have to try again.

it feels like "dc protection" system. I feel like client checking my connection during loading screens and acting like i have no internet. I feel like client disconnects me. if it is client issue, it needs to check twice, not once :(

i guess i found the issue.

I think: every time the game sees a loading screen, it checks my connection from a random "login server".

If I somehow come across a bad one or one blocked ip by my country, it doesn't check again and makes me wait at the loading screen. Then it checks somehow and loads the map, but since it thinks my connection is not there it disconnects me after a few seconds.

I just don't know how to set the client according to a certain login server. So I guess there's nothing I can do.

ps: I made sure that this was my problem by using a vpn (cloudflare warp). Of course, my game was laggy, but I'm sure now that I can play for about an hour without any problems. The problem is not in the game files, the server, or my computer. During the loading screen, it somehow thinks I don't have a connection. As I said above, I think it is checked by a random login server. If I come across a blocked or delayed one, I get stuck at the loading screen (there are sample videos in the first message)

edit: It doesn't matter which server I choose. I think the loading screen is checking from a different server. If I come to a broken, bad or blocked one, I experience this problem (the reason I say broken, bad or blocked is because I'm not sure.)
