PoE2 performance issues - 40-50 FPS max

Hi, im having FPS issues while playing PoE2. Doesn't matter if I use DX11, Vulkan or DX12. I can't get more than 50fps.

My setup:
Ryzen 7 5700x
RTX 4070
32GB ram
Resolution 1440p

Ale drivers are up to date.

Doesn't matter what graphic settings I set, there is no change to that.
my VSYNC is off, I don't have any Cap on my FPS in game nor in NVIDIA Settings.

I've been having the same issue. I've tried just about all I can think of from in game settings, to graphics drivers and bios updates. I can't get above 30-40fps and gpu usage is maxxed out with a rtx 3090.

Switching to DX11 brings the GPU usage down and does boost frames to around 50fps. No other settings seem to change fps.

I'll try to update if I find something that works. Please save us, GGG!

Running at 3440x1440 on ultrawide monitor with 144hz refresh rate.

Oh yes, GPU usage is between 95-100% but same goes for my CPU: 90-95%

Similar problem here. 5800x3d + 3080 rtx.

Game yesterday was running stable 120 fps without any problem. Today it's 50 fps nomatter really what settings I have.
Also strange data from Afterburner.

100% utilization of gpu, but wierdly power consumption around 150, where max is around 330.

same, mysteriously, worked fine for me yesterday on vulkan (stable ~100fps, no drops). went to bed, shut down and today its back to 50fps. didnt change any settings

I've searched Reddit, and other Threads for troubleshooting, yet nothing worked for me. Please provide us any help, we just want to play the game in peace

I have a same issue.. 100% GPU load on an RTX 3080, getting no more than 45-50FPS in towns. Updated all BIOS, drivers, etc.

It seems when I restart my computer sometimes the issues goes away.

Trying the standalone POE2 client and not the Steam one now to see if that resolves...

I’ve tried standalone client yet it didn’t help me. You are right sometimes the issue is more visible sometimes the game is playable. I’ve reinstalled windows today and I have constant 75fps even when there are a lot of monsters. Yet I feel like I should be getting a lot more than 75fps

Same problems was playin this morning at a steady 144fps, took a break for an hour, logged back in and im 45-50fps nothing on my end changed at all.

same issue. game just needs a lot more baking in the oven.
