I really like the more reactive gameplay, but remove enemy speed modifiers!
The only thing that makes games designed around evading and dodging fair is that enemy attack speeds are balanced around players being able to react to them. Enemies being able to have speed increases completely breaks the gameplay and turns PoE2 back into PoE1, but with worse facetank stats.

The overall monster speed sometimes feels unbalanced, even without speed modifiers. Some monsters move like they're still in poe1 lol |

One of the reasons I changed from lightning to frost elementalist, because if the monsters won't chill voluntarily, I need to do it. Frost wall ftw... |

yea the 30% speed and attack mod is ridiculous unless you are chilling/freezing the crap out of everything
