Are (all) these changes in effect already? Just wondering because there was a patch earlier today.

I updated my BIOS and it fixed a lot of my issues not with just PoE2. Basically any Direct12 game.

My main char is broken, can't log in - just crushing the game to windows screen.
Others on lvl 1 work. Fix fundamentals before fixing smooth gameplay. | |

Please fix network spikes. I can't even play the game, every few seconds the game stutters and makes combat/exploration impossible.
