PoE 2 - Gem corruption is broken. + or - skill from vaaling gems does not work

I just bought jewelry 7 div + 2 for skeletal brute, only to find out that it doesn't work at all, good game..."edit" However, the stats went up when I removed the skill and put it back on, or you have to wait a few minutes for the stats to change
