Temple of chaos CRASHING losing the inscribed ultimatum/progress

I posted the same problem 2 weeks ago. I had left my Monk and played another character. I've just come back to the Monk and retried the Trial of Chaos - i still haven't completed my 1st attempt due to the crashes. The same thing just happened again. I grabbed the 1st soul core and placed it on the altar. I just moved into the 2nd area and the exact same problem occurred. It stuttered when i got in and kicked me to desktop. I am currently level 54ish and still trying for my 1st Trial of Chaos without a crash. My Sorcerer had no problems.

Why is this bug still existing in game? just lost a div early in the league. 0.4 ...

It's been almost a year and such situations are still not fixed? This is actually annoying. Just yesterday I died corrupted boss and lost chance to progress the main questline and then having to find another one for an hour?

GGG - can you fix these game breaking bugs? People will literally quit leagues cause of these if they are not fixed.

Please prioritize this...
