Unable to "speak to doryani" - legacy of the vaal / the pinnacle of flame quests

Same, bugged on 2nd character to reach endgame

Same as everyone else. Quest is bugged.

I can access maps through my hideout. But its the same atlas, with the same progress, as my first character.

Edit: Just went back through the portal to the past and was able to speak to Doryani there. That seemed to work and I was able to unlock end game. Same progress as the first character

Having the exact same issue as well after having completed the campaign again on a second character.

2.WALK back to Zuggurat Encampment

3.WALK Upstairs

4.Speak to Doryani

5.Speak to Hooded One

Going to present to speak Doryani and Hooden One did't work
