I have the same problem with my build, the game just crashes randomly after couple minutes sometimes it take two map clear to crash sometimes it just crash on the login screen.

I hate to say it but since I tried using edge instead of chrome, I did not crash. Now I can use sidekick and the browser with no issues so far. Means like 12hours of gameplay. Before I was happy to get over 4 with no crashes. I only once froze in the loading screen while zoning into a citadel. But that may be another issue. Running 24H2 on a 7800X3D & RTX4070TIsuper.

Hi,
I've been encountering this issue from the beginning, I ended up using this workaround : https://github.com/Kapps/PoEUncrasher (it's a unsigned app, use it at your own risk, I'm not the dev. It manage automatically the cores affinity of poe2 process to avoid crashing the whole PC when the client freez/crash but it doesn't prevent crashes from the app itself) I tried multiple stuff seen on the net but in the end nothing really solve it. From act 3 it become way worst for me, it's clearly a issue of optimization and advancing in the story make you play in area that are even less optimized. I don't think this game can be ready for June/July, if they really want to polish the release it's probably for the end of the year. My config : Windows 11 24h2 Ryzen 9800X3D Gigabyte X870E nvidia 3080 My last crash (during le loading of the jungle area in act3) :

Just crashed, 2/6/25 = and i have a brand new mobo and CPU so i dont think its my hardware.

KERNELBASE.dll is not corrupted on my PC, run lots of different scans in DISM/sfc/scannow its fine, re-register/de-register DLL file and lots of other things and cant find any error with my PC. and only crashes PC from this game, hope they fix it soon. |
