Exalt Orb disappears after sale on currency exchange

I just got a perfect jewelers orb which I didn’t need and decided to sell it on the currency exchange, transaction went through and my 238 exalted orbs are nowhere to be found. Wondering how I fix this

Same thing happening to me. Tried getting armor scraps with a couple of exalted and thought it was me but ava scammed me for 10 exalted and I didn't get any armor scraps...

just tried to get a bunch of exalts for my div orb and my div is gone but i have no exalts..... dafuq?

found out that you have to LOOT it from the completed trade window..... in game chat to the rescue!!!!

Just got robbed of Exalts, By Alva as well. Quite annoying, tried to exchange some Alchemy Orbs for the few missing Exalts to buy a new weapon. Well I didn't get any exalts. Matter of fact the amount I tried to purchase and then some just vanished from my inventory infront of my eyes.
