Im playing ssf with 2.5k life no es some block and 14k armor 40% chaos and managed to make it to 92 on my warrior so im not dying very often, but ya I cant just faceroll, i have to constantly look out for volatile plants etc.

I hate those plants so much lol.

id rather have river hags on every map then see those dang things.

I run my maps double corrupt every other day because you cant even sustain vaal orbs to do it constantly. I probably die every dozen maps or so because my gear is shit but i dont really care about levels all to much anymore, i could grind for 93 now but ya id have to run piss easy alched t15s forever.

A lot of people are saying that the EHP is low (It is) but in saying that, depending on the class you won't get much above 3k actual life in total unless you're running a lot of str. My Titan has 650 str which is = to 1300hp and 150+ HP on gear with 250+ armor and the 15% ascendancy node and still is only on 4.8k.

You did not mention what class you are but I am assuming Monk. In this case I would spec into ES nodes and get a ghostwrithe and run ES/Evasion, you can go Chaos Innoculation (CI) with the chest piece still, that is up to you. It does trivialise a lot of content, I prefer it myself.

If you are running warrior/gemling and find it hard to get a full ES build going, cloak of flame is another really nice piece for mitigation and try to get your fire resist to 85% or higher through + max resists. Gemling CAN go for a full ES build (I have a spark Eldritch Battery & Archmage Gemling with full ES and CI) but it requires some carefull planning.

If you go full ES/CI make sure you pick up some stun threshold nodes and the freeze node called Icebreaker otherwise you will find yourself in some hot water. Eternal Youth can be good if you know how to work it properly too.

I love it when someone threatens the game with dying if GGG don't do what they are saying. It gives me a healthy amount of cringe every single time

1 ) Armor is Garbage
2 ) Reduce DoT damage , even with the -50% Damage Notable it is insane RN
3 ) Chaos Damage is way too common while Chaos Res is way too rare
4 ) Capped Elemental Damage with +Max Res still let through too much damage
5 ) Way too easy to buff ES pool to the moon , impossible for Health pool

Once all of this is fixed the game will be fine regarding survivability .

Sorry to say yes it is an issue but "Resist Cap" does not = immortal. In fact some builds don't give a flying about resistance because they clear the screen ahead of them before the mobs even know they exist. PoE is an ARPG and ARPG are all about balance, even if the scales are so heavily tipped to one side that everything on the other side fell off :D.

A lot of players have already told you that your life is low. So maybe instead of blaming the game, go look at some more gear. see if you can bump your EHP a bit. I gave you some things to look at so maybe consider these options.

I am playing Monk as well and your defenses suck :

1) 63% Armor is hot garbage and will not help against being one shot , you better aim for 80_90% Evasion
2 ) your resists being almost capped means they are not capped which is mandatory in endgame : maps and mobs can lower both your Res and Max Res , even with a 80% Capped Res you can easily be killed through elemental damage if low hit pool
3 ) you got 1200 health with 1000 ES = pure cringe

If you can't even cap your res in endgame and come crying here about it go for a CI build instead , that's what i'm doing .

Ssf with 2,5k hp running double vaal t15 easily.. so suspicious.
Either it takes you 20+ min for 1 map or someone beign a little bit cunning.
I wonder what is your build? AOE cultist greathammer?

PS only now noticed. So you did 3 chaos trials 10lvl and were so lucky that got 3 different fragments? That is only way to obtain 4th ascendance throuh chaos trials.
